Claritas Capital Promotes Kali Huff to Partner
Huff has forged a reputation as a trusted resource in private markets investing.
Nashville, TN - Claritas Capital, a leading private equity firm headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, today announced Kali Huff as the firm’s newest partner. Huff has served as Managing Director of Investor Relations
and Business Development at Claritas since 2016 and has earned a reputation as a recognized and trusted resource for families allocating to the private markets. Huff has been instrumental in the firm’s Nashville-focused opportunity zone and real estate development projects.
As the firm’s 5th partner, Huff will lead capital formation and fundraising across the firm’s three verticals. She will also work with a select group of the firm’s real estate developers and other strategic debt & equity partnerships.

Prior to Claritas, Huff worked with institutional investors for macroeconomic research firms Strategas Research Partners and Variant Perception. She launched her career on Wall Street as a health care analyst for BB&T. Huff is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s International Business program and a Tennessee native.
She and her husband Matt live in East Nashville with their two young sons.
